| Am I eligible for free scrapbooking and cardmaking rewards? |
| Our rewards program is free to join, simply tick the participate in rewards program box when you register. Then once you make a purchase over $30^, you will automatically earn free reward dollars to spend on products of your choice. Plus any orders over $120.00* will still be delivered within Australia FREE! |

| What rewards can I earn? |
Your free rewards can be used to redeem your choice of any item or items from the current Rewards List (look for the red rewards tick  ) up to the value of your current free rewards dollars, which are accrued at a rate of $1 for every $10^ spent. |

| How do I redeem my rewards? |
Your current rewards balance is shown at the top of the page (next to your basket total) when you login and is automatically updated as you shop.
Once you have rewards dollars to spend, a REDEEM REWARD button will appear (next to the ADD TO BASKET button) for all items you have enough rewards dollars to redeem. So just shop like you normally do, but click the REDEEM REWARD button (instead of the ADD TO BASKET button) for the item to be redeemed as part of your order! |

| Do I earn rewards dollars on sale and clearance items? |
Rewards dollars are accrued on all item purchases for standard orders, which includes all our marked special prices in red!
Orders made using a Special Offer Code are not eligible to accrue rewards, but can be used to qualify you to receive rewards with your next order.
Delivery charges do not accrue points. |

| Can I save my rewards? |
| Your reward dollars need to be used at the time of the eligible purchase, so make sure you redeem them before you complete your order! |

| My rewards total is not changing as I shop? |
1. Ensure you have checked the participate in rewards program box, by clicking on the MY DETAILS button. If the participate in rewards program box is not ticked, tick it and click the UPDATE DETAILS button.
2.You must have previously made a purchase over $30^ to start earning points. |

| How much does delivery cost? |
The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight and size of your order and the delivery destination. It is calculated automatically as you add and/or remove items from your order, based on Australia Post rates.
For large or heavy orders you may like to request a Courier quote (just contact us), which for some areas is significantly cheaper than Australia Post. |

| How long will my order take to be delivered? |
| We generally dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving your payment. Delivery time from dispatch is dependent on the postal or courier service used. |

| I live locally, can I pick my order up? |
| Yes! Picking up your order from The Little Memory Shop is free of charge, simply select the pick up option when you order and then contact us to confirm a pick up time. |

| How do I save my order? |
| Click on the SAVE button at the top of the page. |

| Why are some of my saved items missing when I log in? |
| Any items that have been sold out since you saved your order will not show when you log back in. |

| Why are some of the prices different when I log in? |
| Any items that have changed in price since you saved your order will show with the latest price when you log back in. |

| What is an estimated arrival date? |
| The estimated arrival date is when we expect the preordered item to arrive ready for us to dispatch to you. |

| How long will it take for my preordered item to be sent? |
Where an estimated arrival date is given for a preorder item, this is when we expect it to arrive ready for us to dispatch it to you.
If no estimated arrival date is given, an exact arrival date has not yet been scheduled for this item and will be emailed to you once determined. |
